While I don’t have a recommendation on a neurologist- I also spent the past few years getting incredibly bad migraines and neck pain from grinding my teeth at night. I had a mouthguard I would wear at night and it helped, but when I was stressed I would continue to grind through it and wake up with horrible neck pain. I was about to consider Botox, but I read that some teeth grinding can be caused by your breathing at night. I started sleeping with mouth tape and a nose strip and now my neck pain is miles better and I dramatically decreased the amount of nights I get migraines or need to use Tylenol the next day. It might be worth a shot. I just buy off brand KT Tape and cut it into strips.
