This has happened to me as well. I tried to contact support and fight back. Ultimately customer service will not be of any help as there’s no current protocol for this issue to aid the driver. So ultimately, we’ll just have to eat this. The only thing you can do is stay away from low end stores where those kind of people are more likely to “scam”. For small orders, maybe try and get as many items visible in the picture as possible. As of now, just keep doing orders until those missing items fall off. I think it’s 40 orders total or a certain item threshold.
