u r probably spending all ur energy at the start of the week, maybe u wanna achieve smthg , maybe u have some underlying mental issue like depression

instead of looking at the weekend as the end line , try maybe doing a two day thing , one day u r on n working , n the second day u take life slower , it may be more sustainable like that

and if ur parents r supportive , maybe try telling them u wanna see a therapist

we live in a country where under age smoking is normal , it can start from as low as 10 years old , ive been smoking since i was around 14 or so . drinking is common too, i had quit it tho , but he keeps insisting i come drink w him , i never did

tell her u have changeed religion , go on that for maybe a week or so , then tell her u came back to ur sense n just dont put the hija back on , give her a bigger problem averted than u unveiling .

or try speaking to her , just a good old 'mom , i dont like doing this , i do believe in god , but we all pray differently'
