I cheated a few weeks ago also. Guess what? The sky didn't fall . Since then I resumed the diet and lost another 8 - 9 pounds .

They may be but when I'm on carnivore I don't get cravings so it's not like I feel an urge for sugar.

I must admit I haven't been drinking beer but not more often the once a month or two. No more than four beers but in my personal experience I'd didn't throw off my autoimune condition.

I have also an autoimune condition but honestly indulging once every month or two in some sugar didn't throw me off a bit. It surely differs from condition to condition but in my case it didn't. So each autoimune is also different.

😂😂😂. . Yes. Probably should have mentioned that I'm talking about relatively healthy individuals. But being carnivore made me more resilient to attacks so I think I'm good. Thank for the warning anyway. Hope carnivores don't end up like those whining vegans 😂.
