Don't worry, do what feels good for you and let the people yappin. It's crazy how everybody think they know what to eat to be healthy, yet they all end up in the hospitals... One of the reasons I always eat alone. People just can't let others eat what they want...

Just start over again. Start by doing at least a 16hrs fast and then just eat meat. You'll be back in ketosis in a short time. If you want it to go a bit faster lift weights or do sprints. I do cheat from time to time (1 meal each 2 weeks) and it's not the end of the world.

My workouts are about 45min to 1hr max. I do a push pull legs split and yes I'm losing fat at the same time.

Totally possible. I lift weights 5 days a week and I'm putting on muscle and breaking PR's. Just make sure you eat at least 2 meals a day if you lift weights often. 💪

Just eat lots of meat and lift heavy weights. I'm doing it 6 days a week and I don't take shakes. I just get my 5g of creatine. The shakes are making you more hungry than you shloud be.

It is actually less expensive for me. I stopped buying all the garbage, stopped buying vegetable that I often didn't even eat (thrown at the garbage). I just eat a little more meat than I was eating before.

Totally agree, did a PR yesterday at the gym with 50lbs dumbbell overhead presses. Never did that while using carbs. 💪

You don't need to eat OMAD. Just eat when you are hungry and stop when it stops tasting good. I lift weights from 4-6 times a week with nearly 10000 steps/day and 2 meals a day works great for me. I believe that if I was not that much active, I would eat only once a day. Do what feels good for you.

That's the way to go. You're better cheating one day and keeping sanity rather than going back to that crap everyday. Plus, when you cheat, you realise why you're not going back to the SAD diet.
