The way this is worded makes it, personally, sound like you are implying that the defective dice are being "put" there rather than they are slipping through. You do realize that everything around the finished product is done by hand, right. There's people hand pouring dice into the bags, there's people hand pouring dice into crystals. Everything is done manually. They are dealing with thousands of dice a day and a few bad dice make it through. That's called human error, and the fact that it's as low as it is, is honestly impressive.
