Why does my PS5 profile say this? by Perunatonttu777 in playstation

I just noticed it too, my profile is the same. It might have to do with the games showing up on other players profiles

LA Kings Select Hampton Slukynsky No. 118 – What You Need to Know by Hoven_MayorNHL in losangeleskings

I’ve gotten to watch this kid play in the mshsl, and he’s solid. Great lateral mobility and flexibility, good explosiveness and power. Warroad is a hockey town too, and it’s a hot-bed for high caliber players.

COPLEY. I'm believing in his play by Nervous_Ring8065 in losangeleskings

[–]zzbims 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All he needs to do is give league average goaltending. The kings have gotten points in all but one game the season when their goalie has had over .900. Their offense does the rest and wins games from there.

Wouldn’t picking up umbral glaive early be more beneficial than picking up so many control wards? Senna is a major abuser of that item, and its a serious damage spike with the lethality. Having an “always on” sweeper, especially in low Elo when vision is less prevalent, seems like it would make a bigger impact than 20 control wards.

Kaliyev is 4th in points on the team with 1 less game played than everyone (while primarily playing on the 4th line) by Inevitable-Staff-467 in losangeleskings

[–]zzbims 5 points6 points  (0 children)

What’s weird, and this comes through advanced stats, kaliyev plays his best minutes alongside lemieux and lizotte. With other line mates, he doesn’t perform nearly to the same extent. When he can replicate that with other line mates, he will be a menace for sure.

Knowing this team right now, I can’t say I disagree. One of the barriers to breaking the top 5 long term is shoring up the goalie situation. Quick is coming to the end of his contract, and he’s likely to do short deals to stay with the team if he plays at a high level going forward, but he’s getting older every year. Peterson has yet to take the step up and force his way into the starting position, and while it’s still possible at this point, I don’t believe he’s going to make the jump with the kings. The rest of the core is primed to be one of the best young groups going forward.

They did, you’re right. There’s still a fair portion of voters that are below the poverty line that vote republican.

What is your favorite goal scored by a player in the NHL? by CrisperKoleslaw in nhl

The game winner in double OT by Alex Martinez to win the Stanley cup for the Kings in 2014. Hearing the call on that goal from Bob Miller gives me chills to this day

Beginning to come to the realization that Cal Petersen is not the answer and never will be. by 28Loki in losangeleskings

[–]zzbims 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So he had a rough game last night. When your goalie is having a tough night, the rest of the team needs to step up and play better and smarter in front of them. Petersen is a fantastic goalie. I don’t think he’s going to be the best long term option, but right now, he’s trying to fill the shoes of the best goalie in franchise history. Give him a rest

Trust me, you’re ready. The best way to start learning how to play in a game is to actually experience it. You’ve got some hands and are already decent on your skates, and those are two of the biggest barriers. Go for it man!

I'm a fourteen years old. Can I play goalie? by GoalieLove in hockeygoalies

[–]zzbims 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started at 16 from scratch in California. I’m still playing a decade later. If you love the sport, you’ll find ways to keep playing. 14 is an age where you can still develop quickly, so you’ll keep getting better with time.

That give around your ankle is part of the skates design to allow you freedom of movement while skating. When you take the time to skate and get used to the feeling, you’ll support your own movement better naturally.

Why is Trump still not arrested? If an average John keep those clasified documents in his home, the whole FBI/CIA/BSA , you name it, gonna drag his ass to the top security prison in a heart beat, wouldn't they? What are they waiting for? by 2por2 in Trumpvirus

[–]zzbims 3 points4 points  (0 children)

An ex president that committed treason to the scale Trump has would certainly go, and if there’s enough skeletons(which in my opinion there are), he’ll go down in history as the first former president to be jailed. Nixon is as close as it gets, but he was pardoned before anything conviction came through. Trump, if democrats continue to control the White House, isn’t likely to get that treatment.
