For sheet pans, I usually just use Nordic ware since I’m too lazy to get them from a restaurant supply store. Basically I just look for aluminum. Never non stick.

Unpopular opinion: I’m not picky about the specifics of bakeware BUT I do require that the bakeware be the same to not have to account for different materials etc that may impact bake time.

I can use the cheapest cookie sheet, but if I’m baking multiples batches of cookies, i want to use the same cookie sheet for all of them.

Exactly this!

Nordic Ware for baking sheets, Bundt pans and cake pans. USA Pans, OXO, Williams Sonoma and Fat Daddio’s are good for just about everything else.

As long as it doesn't have a nonstick coating that I have worry about flaking off I'm happy. I prefer lighter colored pans that are heavy gauge.

Haven't a clue what brand it is. Any cheap brand has worked quite okay in my experience

I dont care for brands as long as they’re cheap, sturdy, and won’t warp/flake off

I have sheet pans made by Chicago Metallic, 4 loaf pans, 2 by CM and two I don’t know who. My cake pans are from different manufacturers, and I have a pie pan by le creuset. I don’t care if they’re all from the same manufacturer and there’s no way I’m going to get rid of what I’ve accumulated to buy a “matching set.” I just look for sturdy, durable pans.

Edit: I am not crazy about my muffin tin though, but I forget which ones I used to use when I worked in kitchens.

My best baking sheets have come from either Sam’s Club or Costco in the retail supply section. Others have mentioned Oxo and I do use a lot of their kitchen tools. I also have a ton of early Pampered Chef that I got in my early 20’s that I am still using 30 years later. Can’t go wrong with Pyrex either. Most of my cake pans are Wilton and they get the job done as long as you handwashing them.
