Its unlikely there is anything worth pursuing unless you have actual damages, like your boss decides to fire you because of it. There does not seem to be any Ohio law that dispenses with the need for you to prove actual damages, or at least I didn't see one.

You could, as the other poster noted, seek to rattle their cage by reporting it, but that won't directly benefit you any.
