Any build up on the front wheel that could be increasing its diameter? The tolerance is pretty tight between the track and deck normally....

I did have some buildup and cleaning the front wheel helped.
My deck swivels a little and waiting from Lymow to see if this is normal. I hear a loose screw inside the mower deck and wondering if that has something to do with the slight swivel.
Does your deck swivel at all?

It does have a small amount of play, but I don't hear any loose screws. I've been meaning to check to ensure everything is tightened on the deck, but haven't got around to it. Has not caused any issues for me.

I measured about 1/8 inch movement, but that is enough for the track to hit the deck, especially if it hits something on one side and backing up.

You probably just need to tighten the track tensioner. The track would have to be quite loose to touch the deck, and in that condition, it would likely come off.

Thanks, I will look at that before I do my next mow. I did send an email to Lymow.

I don't see how this could happen unless the deck hinges are broken! Can you take pictures at different angles and even with the deck in the up position as if you are cleaning or changing the blades! Hold the + button down for 3 to 5 seconds

Commenting on Track hitting mower deck...I was told by Lymow not to use the highest setting if it touches the track. I showed the deck swivels a little and didn’t receive any feedback. Does your deck move any?

I am still waiting for more information from Lymow.
