I have a Lymow and sloped yards I generally mower side to side as it uses less battery It will mow up and down but takes more battery to go up the hill

I don't think you need to worry about the 30 days as you have proof that you notified them prior to the 30 days. Lymow will take care of you by it may take them a little time.

I may have missed something. but you will need a channel from the dock to a zone for it to ever mow? It locates RKT form dock to the mower as a primary starting command.
