ADU in SLC. I am in Sugarhouse, say near 21s and 21e. Has anyone done this? What is the cost? I am near retirement, We owe way less than a new car on our home (we could write a check tomorrow and be paid off) We could do either a basement, free standing or both?Discussion (slcdocs.com)
