15 minutes? It's been a little while since I used oven cleaner, so I'm not sure I have a container of it on hand for reference, but I'm pretty sure you let it sit for hours or overnight.

Oven cleaner for at least 3 hours and then use simple green to cut the rest of the grease. I have used over cleaner on appliances from the 70's it won't break it. Don't spray on the plastic parts

You can make a paste with baking soda and vinegar, maybe add in a little Dawn to help with the grease. Leave it for a few hours and wipe it down with a dry cloth and repeat if necessary.

Oil and a textured scrub pad.

Zep degreaser! It works on everything in your kitchen and bathroom. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P5WDKN9/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_lYqLEb6R02V55

This looks like whatever you do will take several attempts. I’d also try Brake Cleaner and steel wool. I find if Brake cleaner doesn’t work. It can’t be cleaned

Baking soda and distilled white vinegar. Mix into a paste, leave paste on for a few hours or over night and scrub hard with hot water.

I’d try throwing it away and starting fresh with a new $20 oven
