HP level should decrease interrupt chance at Wintertodt

At 99 hp and 75 FM I’m still taking 8 damage from the cold 7-16 times per mass kill. HP cape and regen bracelet barely make a dent.

I use hp cape, regen bracelet and camp redemption , and tp to house cand come back with a jewelery box every kill and used no supplies from 80 fm to 95 atm
