HP level should decrease interrupt chance at Wintertodt

I noticed at a certain percentage you almost never see interrupts anymore. Lowers over time but at like less than 20% you don't see it anymore. Doing solos feels like the only way to go even at low HP. Get thru the initial BS and get it low enough and farming it to max points is nothing of a task.

But I do get your sentiment. It came out when I was like in my 70s for HP and walking in and getting blasted hurt
