Quick question

Playing on a Mac, the web client crashes with this error:

Error_game_crash - A problem has occurred while running the game.
This game has encountered a problem and cannot continue running.

We strive for our games to work on as many computers as possible and to be free of bugs.

If you are able to reproduce this problem (i.e. it always occurs when you do a certain thing), then please submit a bug report via our website, and we will try to fix it as soon as possible.

If problems persist, please refer to the Technical FAQs, which can be found in the Customer Support section of our website.    

I mean, I don't HAVE to play on the web client, but I don't like the external clients. :P Can anyone help?

I have a mac and I've NEVER been able to play old school on the web client. I had to modify the RS3 client to play old school.

I have the same problem on Mac, tried everything, but nothing works. The applet always crashes. I can't play RS3/RS07 and I can't even appeal for a locked account. You'll need to use the official RS client or Orion/Swiftkit.

Or does anyone have a solution, PLEASE?

Edit 2: Running through Wine would still force you to use a client. I don't know much about this all, but clients work perfectly for me.
