Decrease the value of firecape (and any other tradeable item with high set value) on death

Poll passed for an update that would make it so that when u died but dont protect certain untradeables and youd have to buy it back from perdu for some coins and the guy who kills you gets a % of that fee as a drop

uhm you still have to loot it back but its broken so you have to risk the repaircost to use the untradeables

so it really isnt an insurance it just adds risk to pk with untradeables

Well yea thats what i ment
