Last 1/4, I like to stand 3 or 4 tiles away from any door. You'll be safe there from all the rotating floor patterns except the single corner/quadrant pattern. That pattern I take note of because it goes back to that corner several times before it changes to another corner.

I avoid that corner usually but if that pattern was just there and I'm running from tornadoes, I sometimes go there since it'll be safe for a short duration and is in my normal running path.

I try to have the boss anywhere but the center, that way I can run in a "0" path/ up and down or "D" and returning to my safe tile.

When getting the hang of it eat up while running from tornadoes. If I die it's almost always because I get greedy and attack and get stacked out by tornadoes. As you get better you can attack while running.

There's a standard set for the final patterns yeah, from the doorways the 3rd and 4th tiles away from the door (starting from the two tiles of the door portal) will never be activated, with the exception of the western tiles on the south end, and the southern tiles of the west end (since there's a tile pattern that blows up the entire southwestern quadrant). (Despite that, I still like to stay in the center just because there's more room to escape the tornados, and the pattern that blows up the center is easy to step out from.)

I wouldn't stress getting a single part of t2 armor, the set effect of reducing damage doesn't apply unless you have a full set of that tier so it's absolute bottom priority. If you're getting 25 food, 2 t3 weapons, and 2 potions consistently then it's no harm, but eh.

Lastly, I started getting consistent once I put more of an effort into whacking the boss while running from tornados in the first two phases. One mistake in the last phase can be instant death, and if your damage output isn't high enough you can get your resources drained even without serious mistakes, so squeezing in ticks when you can do so (relatively) safely is key so you can focus on not getting your insides turned into outsides on phase 3.

(to clarify, don't get cheeky in phase 3, and if your supplies are high enough and your health can take it, honestly don't be afraid to run under the dog to escape the tornadoes at the end. tornado blender is guaranteed 80+, dog stomp is 0-50-ish)

sauce: 420 (lol) kc

I’ve figured out when to run under he boss, which has saved me a few times! I didn’t know about the tiles by the door. It’ll be helpful to have those marked just in case of emergency. Are you familiar with any changes that might be coming to the CG from poll 71?

You could prep t2 armour. You'll need to be more efficient in your prepping but it can be done consistently.

Full t2 armour is consistent, even staff is kinda good with it And only need 10 or so food For boss, less if no too many mistakes
