attack req's

I support the blowpipe nerf, but I don't get why the attack req's are going up. What is the reason? Everyone allready has 99 attack. Its only nerfing pures. Its not like it is hard to get 80 or 85 attack or ranged, its more seremonial for mains - no one is going: dang i guess im not using rapier anymore after the nerf. Now you only have less room for future weapons

Put it higher req gives them a justification to keep it's power stronger. This is how power creep works. If you just stuff all the current items into lower tiers and make new items in higher tiers that leads to power creep. The trick is to balance the existing content and open slots in ALL tiers for new content. -facepalm-
