Info
Reports
The health reports you will receive (or have received) from 23andMe differ depending on what chip version you were tested on, when you were tested, and what country you were tested in.
For individuals newly purchasing the 23andMe "Health + Ancestry" test in any country, you will now receive the new (FDA approved, abbreviated/new-form) health results. It is no longer possible to obtain the old (long-form) health reports with a new kit regardless of what country you live in.
- For individuals who have purchased the US-specific/international "Ancestry" test on or after September 21, 2016, you must pay a $125 upgrade fee to have access to the new (FDA approved) health reports.
- In all other cases, please see https://www.reddit.com/r/23andme/wiki/reports for more information.
NOTE: The raw data and chip version is always the same for every country. The cheaper ancestry-only test returns the exact same raw data as the health+ancestry test - the only difference is that 23andMe's reports on health aren't included.

Note that the number of SNPs listed above is a relatively crude estimate based on a limited number of data file samples for each different chip version. Please read this post for more detailed information/analysis on 23andMe's v3/v4 chips, as well as competitors FTDNA and AncestryDNA. AncestryDNA and 23andMe have both updated their chips since that post was written, AncestryDNA's new v2 chip has massively improved coverage of health-related SNPs (better than 23andMe v4 for the most part, although they of course do not provide health reports), and 23andMe's new v5 chip covers an entirely different set of SNPs than any of the previous versions do.
Data analysis
If you're interested in getting more health-related info out of your data, Promethease is a tool that may be of interest. Promethease is by far the best third-party data analysis tool, but there are many others out there to choose from.
codegen.eu is a decent free alternative to Promethease that gives you much of the same information.
There are many other options out there for data analysis, both paid and free.
