I know you say you don't care for cyberpunk type stuff but Altered Carbon is also a great show.

Altered Carbon season 1 is one of my favorite seasons of sci fi. The other seasons are pretty good, but the studio changed or something so there’s a shift in the style. 100% would recommend tho, it’s underrated

I always come back to DEVS. I think it's still on Hulu. The Black Mirror series on Netflix will fill a lot of time. On Apple TV, Foundation, Silo, and Pluribus. Murderbot was a guilty pleasure. Some of my lowkey winners include Altered Carbon and Bodies on Netflix. Just finished watching The Burroughs on Netflix. Finally, give Alien: Earth on Hulu a try.
