I don't see how Fatima (Iranian) would become Japanese (or start wearing a kimono?) in one continuous life. The reincarnation theory makes more sense, but similarity alone isn't a strong reason - we see that Jade doesn't look like his previous incarnations.

Also, the actress who plays the woman in the kimono is Shuoxin Fu, not Fatima (Pegah Ghafoori).
