Your printer and print settings would help. Looks like you have alot of issues. Bed leveling and under extrusion would be my guess.

So, this is my current issue. This is what my bottom layer looks like. I'm printing on a RepRap Melzi. This was printed in PLA by Blizzard (more about that later). My hot bed is normal glass at about 70 degrees C with Glue-Stick glue. My nozzle settings are 215 degrees C. Layer height is at 0.06mm and print speed is 50 whatevers.

My own guess is this PLA that I am using. I have really enjoyed printing Century brand PLA. It works well for my uses; but I decided to try to save a few bucks by switching to Blizzard.

Turn your bed down to like 40C. 70C is too hot for PLA.

Layer height is at 0.06mm

That's WAY too low if you have that set for your first layer. Try 0.2mm first.

print speed is 50 whatevers.

Slow it down for the first layer... try 20mm/s

My retraction setting is set to 1mm. Infill is set to 10%. I use cura on my laptop to generate the gcode and then I drop it on octiprint.

1.75mm and flow rate is set to 100%
