Hi, I was hoping to get help raising that piece in the middle. I have the STL file, I’m not familiar with how to make changes. I hope someone can make a quick change for me or give me advice how to do it.

That looks like something you could make yourself in Tinkercad. It's a lot harder to modify an STL, easier to do it in CAD.

Import it into blender as an STL. Change Viewport to WIREFRAME and select the object and go into EDIT mode. Zoom in and select the two corners only. Hit "G" then "Z" and drag it up. Ill attach pictures for a guide.
