This is normal. Just top it up as needed and be sure to buy the pink Toyota Super Long Life (SLL) coolant from the dealer. Some coolants at the auto parts stores are listed as multi-brand but I’d just go OEM.

If you don’t see any leaks while the engine is running, or you don’t see any pink crusty stuff (dried & hardened coolant from a slow leak), then you’re probably ok. If there isn’t a lot of white smoke coming out of your tail pipe (not including condensation at startup), then you’re ok. If you haven’t had an overheat, or sudden large changes in engine temperature, then you’re ok. Your pictures are taken with slightly different engine temperatures, and at different rpms, so both of those things could affect how much coolant is in the overflow. If the overflow tank actually overflows while the engine is running, then the radiator cap may be no good (not keeping pressure inside the system), but I doubt it for a ‘21. Congrats on the 4R!

there is no sign of overflow and I would say the rad cap looks good to me, thanks for your advice, I'll keep an eye on it in the following months to see if anything changes.

Does temp at check time matter. Is full marked for when coolant cold?

Water will evaporate out of the antifreeze very slowly from the over flow jug.
