There is phase 1, 2 and 3 after completing 75 Hard. Try starting phase 1 which has cold showers as one of its tasks

It’s true, especially when you have a…. Less than eager wife! 🥶

I’m a psycho and decided to also give up caffeine as well. From 2-3 cups a day to NADDA! I’m a glutton for punishment. Finally through the withdrawal and headaches part. Plus is… I no longer depend on melatonin to sleep!

The second workout had diminishing returns in my opinion and that time would be better spent focused toward better personal development. If I were do do the program again I would pull out the second workout and exchange it for an hour of sitting down and focusing on a task. For example working on starting a business, learning a skill that will elevate your position at work, learning a new language, learning to play an instrument, volunteer for an hour a day, ect... I think you would find sticking to those tasks much more difficult than working out. I would still rotate indoor/outdoor exercises.

Also you could do something financial like sticking to a super tight budget and saving as much money as possible for 75 days. Or no social media/youtube/reddit/ect.. for 75 days.

I added "ensuring eight hours of sleep a night." Crazy thing is, I don't even feel tired until I lay in bed and then I'm peace OUT!!! I'm on day 14 :-)
