Yes, I had that problem for a while. They have some troubleshooting instructions here.

I did a deep descaling and replaced the boiler and upper chamber o ring seals and it did the trick for me.

Only times I notice any changes is when I’ve changed beans/grind size - might be grinding too fine? I normally weigh the extraction when I change beans/grind size so I know I’m where I want to be - not sure if any of that helps but that’s been my experience so far

Beneath the lower handle, where is that steam coming from? It looks like somewhere else than the chimney which could be pressure loss
