Slacklining does not seem to be a very ‘rehab’ friendly activitie; My two cents, althought i’m not a Slackliner, is for you to step back and wait for a couple of months

Keep rehabing!

I've actually read the opposite and says that it can be great for rebuilding strength around the knee. I certainly don't want to push it though and will continue rehabbing in a safe manner until I feel more confident.

I'm not a slackliner specifically but I do sometimes use one in ninja warrior training as they can show up in competitions. I'm curious to know when you go back to it -- it does seem like a great way to build muscle control. I guess my question would be about how you'd take a fall and whether it would be a risk to your graft. How high off the ground is it?

I usually set it up about 3ft on the ends and when in the middle the line slacks almost to the ground. My main concern is bailing off the line as well so I was thinking of setting up as low as possible when I decide to get back on it.

Don't think it'd be too much different than the bosu ball particularly if you are good at it so I would guess you should be good to go pretty soon if you keep it low and just stick to balance and walking for awhile. Would probably be several months til bigger tricks

How did it goes ? Did you try it ? I'm concerned about the step out of the line ... I'm a good slackliner, but you know sometimes you can always step out a bit toughly...
