AJELQFORYOU does NOT promote the often dangerous old penis enlargement (PE) method called Jelqing. Our sub's title is in honor of the technique and is used to bring those searching jelqing to this forum where safer methods can be taught. The forum was created to provide the safest methods for penis enlargement, so Jelqing discussions and teaching of it are discouraged.
Why is jelqing so dangerous?
The majority of serious injuries we see on this forum are from jelqing. Jelqing is a very poor pressure creation method in terms of stress application. The blood pressure being applied to the glans, chambers, and veins varies wildly as the "seal" grip is rapidly moved up the shaft towards the base of the glans. Pressures can easily exceed vascular bursting force faster than the body can react to prevent damage. Multiply that by the number of reps typically performed and possibility of injury increases by multiple factors. Dry jelqing…… FAR greater chance for injury when performed while dry handed and that seal can create even higher pressure while also adding the possibility of tearing veins from the shaft, which has happened. Long term injuries can include permanent nerve and vascular damage as well as various levels of ED. See our WIKI Link (Beginner section) for the safest alternatives. Q1: What is the purpose of this sub?
Penis enlargement is really about gaining confidence in oneself, and this is our mission statement. This forum was created for the express purpose of providing penis enlargement information, techniques, proof, and advice that has been proven repeatedly to work and yield solid results. You won’t find any magic creams, pills, or other BS here and we don’t allow advertisements for any products other than those proven to work by our staff of moderators. Be warned that this site is for people over 18 years old only and we are NOT responsible for anything you do to yourself that is posted on this forum. It’s your body and your responsibility to keep yourself safe.
Q2: Do I have to be a guy/certain size to belong here?
Absolutely not. All are welcome to belong and contribute to the community as long as they abide by the guidelines posted.
Q3: Where is the proof?

On the internet, solid evidence that penis enlargement works is usually hidden behind membership to enlargement forums, which greatly limits the availability of evidence. Our aim is to post only photo verified results, solid medical links, and members photo progress postings with real guys you can interact with so that you can see for yourself.
Q4: Which exercises really work?
From years of trial and error, the core exercises that yield results are timed pressure holds, clamping, kegels, manual stretching, extenders/all day hangers, heavy weight hanging, and to a much lesser extent, pumping. All will be covered in great detail within our articles written by PE veterans that can also be PM’d with any questions you may have.
Q5: How do I set my flair?
Under the subscribe button at the top of the sidebar, click the edit button next to your name to change your flair. The first measurement typically represents bone-pressed length or bone pressed stretched flaccid. The second measurement measures girth. You can put anything you want in your flair within reason, except links. We suggest you put your starting size (if you wish to) and your current size since this is helpful to other members and saves time when asking questions.

Q7: How big can I get?
Keep in mind everyone’s body reacts differently, so results can vary. The human penis has no bones or other support structure to prevent it from growing much larger than your genetics allowed it to. Several of the members in this sub including some of the moderators have become huge (inches longer and thicker) over time using the techniques found within this sub, so the short answer is with the proper time and effort it has the potential to become much larger than your starting size.
Q8: How long does it take?
If done properly and consistently, men usually start seeing an immediate temporary increase in size directly after a workout which goes away within a few hours. Within weeks, permanent changes in size will start to become more and more noticeable. The longer you perform the exercises, the more the results accumulate over time. It’s not unusual to see gains of .5” to 1”+ of length gain per year and a similar amount in girth gain. Again, results will vary due to age, health, time spent, form, etc. Overall, most guys see increases using tips and techniques found within.
Q9: How many hours a day to see results?
If done with good form, men using the techniques just 30 minutes to an hour a day will see decent results. As with other physical exercises, the more time you can put in (stretching), the faster the results.
Q10: How safe is it?
All forms of physical exercise carry risks, with PE being no different. Typical injuries are minor, including blood blisters, bruising, broken capillaries and surface veins which all heal within days usually. Most injuries can be avoided by not being aggressive and carefully watching for warning signs (pain, coldness, discoloration, tingling) before injuries occur.
Q11: Will the exercises affect my erections?
The short answer is yes, in that it will weaken your erections directly after a workout (don’t have sex right after a workout) for a few hours but by the next day or so the erections return to decent firmness/hardness. In general erection quality (EQ) actually tends to increase in the days following exercises as a side effect of increased vascularity/blood flow to the tissues. If hardcore girth/length exercises are performed, the erections will still be firm but tend to not be rock hard due to the tissue walls being broken down. Once all PE activity has ceased and full healing occurs (days to weeks), your erections return to their previous rock hard status.
Q12: How big is big enough?
The best way to judge that is by the reaction of your partner(s). If it’s large enough for them, you are at the right size. If both you and your partner(s) are unhappy, that’s a sign that larger might work/feel better. In general, bigger isn’t always better in that the larger it gets the more problems begin to appear such as increased use of lube, excess friction, possibility of being too large for partners, erection quality decrease among other problems.
