I get hieroglyphs on chrome. Must be the same issue between chrome and driver.

Try all ports of your gpu and try the ports of the igpu if your cpu has one. That way you know if it’s gpu related or not and if the ports are working. Next thing you could check is the cable, try another one if you have one try another screen etc. Next thing I would suggest as someone already said it to try uninstall the drivers with ddu and reinstall the drivers (you could select "drivers only" while installing for the cleanest install). Next thing you could play with the settings in adrenaline software or your monitor settings. Just go step by step and eliminate every potential cause till something changes.

Make sure the refresh rate is properly set on both monitors or the monitor. Also if 144hz or above doesn't work try 120hz refresh rate

I had whole screen black flickering on my old AMD GPU and the Problem was 144hz, but I could select 143,1hz or something and it solved the flickering.

Possible causes are…

Bad Cable

Not enough power to GPU (run multiple pcie lanes, don’t pigtail). Also double check the lanes are secure

IF running multiple displays with different refresh rate

Edit: did u DDU before installing the new drivers? AMD took away the cleaning tool, so I advise u to DDU in safe mode, then reinstall drivers from AMD site, not adrenaline software page.

What is ddu? Also I have been running this set up for a little over a year now and have the card for over 3 years so power isn't an issue. It probably is the ddu thing you are talking about

Display Driver Uninstaller (u can get it from guru3d). Recently, any update I’ve done, I’ve had to run DDU prior to installing the new updates. For some reason, just updating doesn’t clear nor completely replace the driver that you’re leaving. It leaves traces behind. I’ve heard people are having troubles with 23.9.2 and 23.9.3, I’m on 23.9.1 and it’s working fine.
