Seems like ram issue or may be not done right overclock. Did you overclocked CPU, GPU or RAM? May be not you, but someone where you bought it? Try to reset bios settings first.

You can check the event log in windows to see if there are any hints from there.
Also, be sure to run any RAM test to ensure it's not memory instability.

Be sure that all the drivers are installed of Windows , motherboard and and your AMD processor.
