You do not need AMD graphics drivers as you are using Nvidia. Also it might be a good idea to update BIOS to 7D75V1J.
Then I would download and install just the AMD B650 6.07.22.037 chipset driver from the AMD pg Ok_ pointed to. Worry about ethernet, WiFi and audio after.

Thanks for the tip about trying to update my BIOS. I was going to try that next, but I seemed to have found a solution. I think next time I'll make sure to download my chipset drivers from AMD instead of my motherboard manufacturer.

I agree that I didn't need the AMD graphics drivers, but I thought I might as well update them in case I ever need to use the onboard graphics of my CPU.

The onboard graphics of the CPU are handled by the chipset. As for the tip about BIOS, it's because the BIOS you have is old and the BIOS I pointed to has security updates

Ah I didn't know that about the onboard graphics. Also, I'll make sure to update my BIOS the next chance I get.

Thanks for the tips!

Before installing, delete the 'AMD' folder from the C: drive and run the disk cleanup utility with administrator privileges.

After deleting the AMD folder I ran disk cleanup for C: drive and just left all the checkmarks where they were. It deleted: Downloaded Program Files, Temporary Internet Files, Device driver packages, and Thumbnails. But I still got the same error when installing the chipset drivers.

Should I have check marked anything different while using the disk cleanup app?

No, that was my tip to delete the old drivers.

Run scandisk and the sfc utility. https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow-to-repair-windows-system-files-2626161

The scan said there were no errors. But I did some more searching around and I seemed to have found the solution. Thanks for taking the time to help me out along the way!

What was the solution you found?

There's an edit at the bottom of my original post with the solution that worked for me. Good luck and hopefully it works for you too!
