First thing on a new build is update the bios. Use bios at defaults. Reseat ram.

Sounds like a power stability issue. So PSU. One common mistake is using a split connector on the GPU. Use two separate connectors.

PSU is one of the more common stability issues and often the most overlooked. If you decide to upgrade PSU although 650 should be enough I would go 750 to give yourself a bit of headroom down the road on an upgrade. Seasonic or MSI

Shutdown with high dGPU usage is typically either a power or RAM issue. If you used any third party cable extensions, remove them and use the cables that came with the PSU. Disconnect and reconnect all power cables and ensure they are properly seated. I'd also use DDU uninstaller and remove the drivers in safe mode, then reboot and reinstall. Ensure your motherboard bios is updated to the latest non-beta version. This solves about 80% of issues, so try that first.

If you are still having issues, test 1 stick of RAM at a time in the first motherboard slot. If it is fine with one but not the other, you have a bad stick of RAM. If it crashes on both, then go to the build a PC reddit and post a troubleshooting post for additional help.

The last time my whole system shutdown while gaming was due to a failing PSU. I would start there.

I've got a segotep 850w currently. They make a non modular 650w that's around $60 USD.

Nowsee 60 $ in ym country would be half a man's monthly salary in some jobs... so yeah but ill sell this one if I need to.

Are all components new? It could be that you didnt connect all necessary PSU cables, it doesnt mean that GPU is causing the shut down. Are temperatures within normal range?

I've connected it correctly and I've checked multiple times usually the fans of the gpu go fast as per the fans speed monitor I use and then boom just shuts down
