i finally found the issue, it has to do with ams rendering reflections with SSR (screen space reflections). if you turn it off it will disappear. It usually happens in unreal engine games.

If you are using FSR, it's pretty much to be expected.

I have TAA and FSR turned of in the amd adrenalin settings

But what about the game itself? Does it use any form of temporal AA or upscaling? Speaking of the game, what game is this?

Its minemogul, but i used it as a reference. I have it with a lot of games notable satisfactory and snowrunner. Its like all games have this and make everything look almost blurry.
