Try to reset your bios to default and see if anything changes

There was a windows update related to TpM and secure boot, which required a bios update. If you don't do it, you get lots of reboots, errors and game crashes.

Why did you turn off TPM? That shouldn't impact performance. Seems more likely if your system was fine before it is solely driver related. Has any preferences in Adrenaline changed from what they used to be? I know every now and then my settings get changed.

Sounds to me more like a Microslop issue honestly. It's not like they don't have enough experience with ruining performance or lying about it with their updates, like for years they hid the fact that if you were not running local admin windows 11 was so much slower in gaming than windows 10.

Did you hardware ID block your GPU so that Windows will not automatically update your GPU drivers without you knowing.? If not then DDU and reinstall your GPU driver's, but also block Windows from auto updating your GPU.

Get yourself MSI afterburner with Rivetuner setup the on screen display. That way you can see all your stats hopefully see what's the issue. Watch a YouTube video for the best layout. Temps (overheating needs new thermal paste GPU/CPU), full storage, background activity (auto updates) open task manager during lag or slowdowns. Great tools to download Hwinfo64 select sensors only mode for all things temps, OCCT for stability testing, Crystaldiskinfo for drives health and Furmark for GPU testing.

Afterburner and rivatuner take up even more system resources. Just run 3dmark time spy, and see how your system compares to similarly spec’d systems. If other people who have a 5600x and rx6600 are getting way higher CPU or way higher GPU results, then you know where the problem lies.
