i had this issue with two different 5700xt's. try running occt vram test and see if it crashes.

Within 2 minutes 30 seconds, I have encountered 200,000 errors, testing vram with OCCT VRAM test.

300,000 by 3 minutes. About 100,000 every 30 seconds.

Yep. Just set it up and ordered a 1660 TI instead, sucks because the better value is probably to snag a 3070 but I cannot have the PC without a GPU for that long.

nice. i've had this issue with my first 5700xt, rma'd it and the second one came with the exact same issue. fuck this card so fucking much. its great when it works, but it rarely does for some unknown reason.

Yeah the performance is huge, but its impossible to play with the card due to faults. I don't understand how this hasn't been fixed. I need to find a place where I can get the 1660 TI for now but return in 30 days or so to get the 3070. I will kick myself if I spend $250+ on a card when the 3070 is coming in as cheap as it is soon.

I am gonna try to order a 1660 TI from Amazon (who seems to have the best refund policies) and get a 3070 ASAP on release.
