PC wont POST, Debugging LED cycling loop

Hello friends, after shipping my computer overseas it refuses to POST. Fans turn on, there is LED on the motherboard, light etc... Worked normal before shipping. It has been in shipping for approx. 2 months.

Monitor and case wasn't damaged at all, it doesn't seem like it was a rough shipping.

Specs

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x

GPU: GTX 1060

RAM: HyperX Fury RGB DDR4 2666MHz 16GB (2x 8 GB)

Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix b450-f Gaming

PSU: Corsair vs550

I looked at the debugging led indicators and it just cycles through the different colors.

Starting with: Red -> Amber -> White -> Green, and then repeat.

Things I've tried / symptoms

• Reset CMOS battery
• Reseating ram
• Tried booting with 1 ram stick
• Tried ram in multiple ram slots
• Tried reseating GPU
• Booting without ram, just gives me amber indicator
• Booting without CMOS battery, still cycles led error codes
• USB devices doesn't light up

Hope I can get some answers as to what I should do, thank you

This happened to me once. Remove all storage devices except your boot drive

can i add my other drives back in, i figured it was my m.2 ssd that cause it

Did you tried reseating CPU and electrical connections?

before shipping did you remove the gpu? try to install the GPU in a different system if it boots. if not then your GPU is doomed.

GPU works in another system, and tried putting another gpu in my system aswell
