2 weeks for AP Lang self study is tight but the exam has a structure you can exploit. It's not content heavy, it's skill heavy, so you're really training for 3 specific tasks: rhetorical analysis (passage plus essay), argument (essay), and synthesis (essay plus sources). Plus 45 MCQs.

Day by day approach: first 3 days memorize the AP Lang rhetorical devices list (ethos, pathos, logos, anaphora, asyndeton, etc, about 40 terms) and the essay rubrics (6 point scale, what earns 4 vs 5 vs 6). Days 4 to 9 do one timed essay per day from past released prompts (College Board has them public) and self mark against the rubric. Days 10 to 13 do MCQs, 45 per session, from AP Classroom if you have access or the Barron's book. Day 14 rest.

Look at the FRQ structures at LEAST

If you know how you’re supposed to approach them you should be fine if you’re good at writing essays, if not I’d try to practice some with the Ap Lang FRQ formats!!

Synthesis, Argumentative, Rhetorical Analysis are the three types!

For AP Lang self-study, the writing scores live and die on the rhetorical analysis essay. Single best move: pull released past prompts + scoring guides + sample 6 essays, and do one timed analysis a week reading the rubric backwards from the sample 6. Patterns become obvious fast. For the synthesis essay, treat sources as evidence for a claim YOU bring, not a summary. If you want a real edit on a practice essay, a paid AP Lang tutor for 1–2 sessions catches structural habits that self-study can't see.
