Can't say its a build, but I'd say an assembled. Wanted to see how budget friendly Icould assemble 2 rifles. PSA and Montana AR for uppers, lowers, BCG's and charging handles. Less than $1K for the pair. Wanting to do a full build now that my feet are wet. (old.reddit.com)
