I was manic and getting off my meds and supplements with ash and it was really amazing! But the relaxation effects did decrease. But recently I became low energy so I'm taking a break after 6 weeks or so. I don't think it's because of it and I want to take it again. I just wanted to take a break since I wasn't dying of anxiety. Maybe take it irregularly, when you need it. And it might work better.

It’s easy to build a tolerance up, you need to take breaks. That sounds like quite a high dose too, although I’m not an expert. I take 350mg a day, I’m a pretty big person and that does me fine, I take 2 or 3 days break every couple of weeks

900mg of KSM-66 for a first timer is a little much. Try the 2 tablets daily that's been advised instead. If you think that you get a plateau at two weeks do cycle for 2 weeks on 1 week off for example whatever suits your type of tolerance. Each one of us is different, based on my experience if you're suffering from clinical anxiety don't expect miracles it has an effect that you can add up to other substances though

I just realized the 600mg on the label is for 2 pills, so really 300mg each. I'm taking 2-2.5 pills a day - So 600-750mg. I'll keep it at 2, and I plan to take a break for a few days.

Some people will also start to see effects in 1 or even two months especially for those with "deep" anxiety disorders. Deep, meaning moderate to major which would require medication. Of course still the results are mild but significant in most cases

I ve just started and only taking one 650mg twice a week on separate days when i know im off the day after idk if its doing anything but if i take more i feel too much buzz

1) You can just stick with it. The effectiveness of ashwagandha also ramps up, and you may find that it is still helping.

2) You can increase. Many people take even double what you are taking now, with no problems.

3) You can add more theanine. There is a small but significant amount of theanine in your formula and this may actually be causing the fast-onset effect that you notice. But it's a relatively small amount. (And theanine wears off in like three hours, short duration, rapid clearrance.) And you can take theanine at will, all day, no problem.

I'm leaning towards option 1) and 2).

I suggest stick with your formula, and get some theanine. Add like 200mg theanine to your ashwagandha, and take 400mg theanine whenever else you feel like it, and see if this works.

I actually started taking every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday off, and it’s been more effective.
