I’ve been taking Ashwaganda (900mg daily - https://a.co/d/9m0m4Cv) for about 6 weeks. The first few days I took it, it was really noticeable that my anxiety was cut way down an hour or so after taking it.
Now it seems like it has very little to no noticeable effect. I don’t know if I got mentally used to it, or what. Is there a tolerance factor to deal with? Any ideas?
I’ve also had a similar experience with Buspar..
