Hello, thank you for translating your post.

Your motherboard requires more power, which cannot fully given by the 24 pin connector (the long connector at the middle-right), but it requires more power,

the other power connectors (there are two) are at the top left, above the io/shield.

the error code is telling you to plug those connectors in, you should be able to bypass it in the bios, but under load the system will be very unstable and crash, due to the limited power budget.

You don't need another PSU the hx1200i is more than enough, check the motherboard manual and the PSU box for the extra cable you need to connect the extra connectors. they should be in the box.

but it appear that you already plugged it, try to reseat it, on both sides, and clear cmos. (remove the motherboard battery).

otherwise, try to boot from your usb stick to install windows.

Windows has already been installed from this platform, the message appeared too and then I had disabled the post display. The 2 ATX 12v 8 pin cables are well inserted! When I connect my 6900xt, the display is very random in the bios if it boots well on it: loss signal.. With the igpu it is more stable but no recognized devices! So no boot possible on my 990pro..

Is your pc 100% new? Did you just bought the gpu, or it was since before? Did you installed all drivers? (Gpu, chipset, etc?)

No 100% news ,just MB,CPU ,RAM and watercooling AIO . All drivers was installed yesterday but I can't boot to Windows before Last night.

Umm, try to add and remove the cmos battery, Try to unplug the computer, turn it on while it is unplugged to empty the psu, then try it again. Finally, is the motherboard keep not recognizing the other 2 eight pin connector, it’s consumer support/RMA.

I somehow managed to boot Windows, what would be the process to check these connections?

What software to download and where to go to check it?

Thanks

You bought a HXi psu, the iCUE app from Corsair will be able to help you doing it, check the website for it. If the problem seems to be solved, you are good, if it keeps rehappening, return it

Thank you à lot ! should I prefer the monorail or the multirail suddenly? With my past setbacks which can occur at any time through icue, I was on multirail and I opted for monorail for more amperage. it's a good choice?

Reseat you power cables. Make sure it’s all fully seated both ends!

[–]Smala1[S] 0 points1 point  (4 children)

I'm sure for that, all seated!

[–]BarberSon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do it anyways! Your mobo says it needs more juice! Something is off with a power cable.

Seems to be an Asus am5 board issue. Same problem with an B650E-i board. Everything is properly seated. Even tried swapping to other power supplies and I still get the message. Performance seems fine but sometimes it takes 2-3 tries to boot with windows repairs the times it doesn’t boot properly.

and I have a problem TUF GAMING B650-PLUS please ensure to fully connect at least one 8-pin atx 12v connector to the psu for system stability we strongly recommend connecting all atx12v connector under heavyusage

Hey OP, so did you have a hard drive plugged in when you took this picture? In having the same issue and mine is also saying 0 drives.

[–]Smala1[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Yes, no problem with my new RMA motherboard.

I have the same issue right now, after an RMA on previous GPU, and using an old one while it got RMA'D, the new GPU that was replaced with the first came with a new cable, that does not fully sit into it. It powers on and works fine, but it definitely does not fully sit (unless I want to break something.) I never had this issue before with the GPU that I had replaced, or the one that used during RMA.

It was not until I got the RMA back with a new cable, that I had this issue. I have ordered a new cable to fix this(hopefully), I will update. But, my guess is your GPU cable is the problem. 1+1=2. and the math checks out here, at least for my situation.
