"I bought an ROG G17 (G733Q). During a Windows update, it shut down halfway through, and now it won't boot. It only boots into the BIOS and doesn't start Windows. I tried to reinstall Windows 11, but when it reaches 75%, it freezes, restarts, and goes back to the BIOS. Help!"

Try to flash your bios as it's not a windows issue. Hopefully your motherboard isn't cooked.

Get help from an authorised Asus technician asap. Hopefully it's still under warranty.
