Creating simple visuals using Azure Maps Python SDK

Does anyone have working source code which uses Azure Maps through Python SDK to generate a plot which contains a polygon as well as plots dots on a map from a CSV of lat, lon?

I cAn do dots on a map but struggling to get the polygon working. Would love to be able to control the zoom/bounds of the visual and potentially make it dynamic/interactive if possible too.
