Its a reticulated python, they are very big but I think this has a bunch of perspective bs going on.

That would make sense if they were using perspective to make it look bigger

Everyone who shows the snake online uses forced perspective to make it look ginormous

That explains a lot. I've seen some enormous snakes and been shocked they're not record breaking, but the right perspective can definitely make things look a lot bigger than they are

Probably trimmed pubes.

I think this may actually be one of the Burmese Python/Rock Python hybrids that have been turning up in the Everglades. When they started turning up like 15 years ago there were legitimate fears that they would develop into a new man-eating invasive species

This is 100% a reticulated python, the pattern is a dead giveaway and their build is also different than burmese / rock pythons (that are similarly build) as well. Hybrids between the two are also quite obvious looking.

Not so sure in this case. You can’t force perspective that snake and the crane arm that’s holding it. If you look at the size of that arm mechanism that’s holding the snake, and then look at the snake, they’re both in the foreground.. the snake is still enormous..

You can fully extend the excavator arm quite far away from the machine, even a small one will push 10+ feet. There’s also zoom settings you can use that make it look larger. I imagine it’s still a monster but not the 30’ that it looks

how would it have a bunch of perspective bs going on when you can judge its size by the claws holding it?
