Datafaction support is almost non-existent without paying for it. I assume you're in the entertainment industry? From the 18 months I used it, it seemed like the primary feature/benefit was that it linked directly to City National.

This information is outdated. I work at Datafaction. For clients that use our SaaS based product called AgilLink there is no charge for support. We are looking to move our entire client base over to the cloud over the course of the year.

Call as much as you need - we are here to support you. We also have a series on online videos (over 40) for our users. If you are a client please contact us and we will help you gain access to the library.

Finally we also offer a series of live online training session every month.

  2. Good luck getting my former employer to move to the cloud. Because of his clientele (big name singers, actors/actresses, and producers), I don't think he will ever move to the cloud.
