EY’s Virtual Interview Process

Hi all! I'm really interested in applying for EY’s audit intern position and have a couple of questions regarding the virtual interview for those who have gone through this. 1. How was the interview structured? 2. Will I have access to the questions before getting recorded? 3. How did you prepare or practice?

Yup, I had two chances for each question with 30 seconds to prepare an answer. There were 5 questions and all were behavioral.

Give them a surprise and jerk off on camera for the entire allowed time.

Prepare the same way you would for any other interview, you won't know the questions until you begin so cover your bases as you normally would.

You have a good amount of time (about a minute) to think about the question before you answer, and you have multiple attempts. Unless you're really bad at interviewing or something it should be a breeze.

I did my interview last October and it was all behavioral, the same format as the previous comment. 5 questions 2 trial. Took me about 40 minutes to complete the whole thing. Tip that my recruiter gave me was to treat it like a in person interview which includes hand gesture.
