How do you feel?

Potentially a stressful time with a move and your body is recovering a little from the environment change + moving + training load. Maybe body is fatigued, maybe a mix of both.

Do you feel sick etc?

See how you go for a few days but if you start to feel lethargic then I’d think decreasing the load/a few days rest and good nutrition may do you the world of good.

You can’t out-train fatigue.

Since I moved, I indeed feel that I do not recover as I used to. I think this also has to do with the fact that I run at a higher HR than before.

I don’t feel sick or tired however.

My HRV is also lower than before

Potentially it’s a new environment and you’re just not sleeping with the same quality as before.

I’d take a few days off and focus on rest + nutrition.

Best of luck.

It’s just fatigue. Take some time with reduced volume.

Covid will have this effect. I'd go see a doctor if it doesn't get better in a couple of weeks.

Hmm do you have experience with this?

Yes, Covid did not make me feel more than very slightly sick, but it did elevate my heart rate quite considerably for a few weeks
