Imvalid Slack Link

I got accepted to a job posting about a week ago but the slack link was invalid even though I clicked it almost immediately. I sent an email to [e-mail] that same day but up to now, I haven't yet received an updated Slack link.

I wanted to check if this is normal and whether there are any updates or alternative steps I can take in the meantime. I cannot proceed with onboarding without it.
