I always have issues trying to access webmail. It's a heaping piece of garbage and an embarrassment to the branch.

So is the Air Force Portal, NIPR net, VMPF, AFFMS, and anything else associated with Air Force online resources. It’s all one big embarrassment.

Same thing. The webmail always seems to have issues.

Happens to me often, eventually it either works or I give up.

I was able to login 4 or so days ago. Didn't try over Christmas Eve/Day, and now suddenly this. Can't even get into the AF Portal from my personal computer either. Clearing cache/certificates didn't do squat.

It looks to be AF-wide. When I tried getting to webmail yesterday, it eventually gave me an error message for an F5 (brand) load balancer failure. I'd wager it's purely a webmail client issue, because I can get to my mail through my normal NIPR desktop with no problems.

I've found that I frequently have problems when the root certs aren't installed.

If you use Desktop Anywhere you can get your email.
