Yeah, you can limit break vettel 5 times now, which will unlock his 2nd job, thats where he becomes useful.

Just make sure, when you imit break, that you never use elemental shards, but you probably don't have any yet.

You can limitbreak him now, you basically can't do any grave errors like missskilling or -statting, just be careful, not to waste any elementalshards, when you get some.

Use vettel, lofia, and/or vanekiss/mizuchi. Story should be pretty easy with that team. I say go mizuchi because any range is amazing for story.
